Welcome to this week's post. The Morning Prayer service posted here was recorded at the Church of St. John the Divine in Copper Cliff. The Rt. Rev. Tom Corston's sermon focusses attention on the Cross of Christ. The Ven. Glen Miller is the celebrant and Mrs. Mary Beth Miller is the pianist. We give thanks to God for the opportunity to share in the worship of God in this way while we continue to live under the restrictions.
Almost one year ago today the World Health Organization declared Pandemic conditions regarding the Covid-19 virus and the world has been changed over the past 12 months. The Ontario House of Anglican Bishops has suggested that people take a few minutes out of their day on March 11 to say a special prayer in reflection of the ways in which our lives have been changed. At 11:35 am Archbishop Germond will offer a special prayer from the grounds of St. Luke's Cathedral in Sault Ste. Marie and this moment will be posted on Facebook and other media sites.
As always we pray that the resources provide here will assist those who access them to worship our Lord and Saviour and receive from Him the blessing and help needed for the particular situation experienced. Please contact us with suggestions or requests.
