The Brenda Fielding Wallace Scholarship
Established in 2006 by Clifford and Lily Fielding in memory of their daughter Brenda who was an active Copper Cliff and Sudbury community minded business woman. This scholarship is awarded annually to a female member of St. John the Divine who is pursuing a post secondary education, has been active in the congregation of St. John the Divine, and has a good academic standing.
This year’s recipients are: Brianna Lamirande, Mariah Lecompte and Tapanga Lecompte.
The congregation at St. John's in Copper Cliff is very thankful to the Fielding Foundation for its partnership in this area. The presentation of the award was made on Sunday September 9, 2018. Brianna Lamirande's award was accepted by her grandmother, Willeen McAnaul, while Mariah Lecompte and Tapanga Lecompte were able to receive their awards in person.
The congregation congratulates the recipients and wishes them well in their future endeavours.
